TEAM is a program focused on creating high performance teams through a clear and shared vision of success; taking advantage of the empathy, trust, and diversity of skills of their members; also, implementing powerful practices used by large corporations, to help you create your vision of success for your company or organisation.
TEAM is aimed for companies/organisations which despite having great potential fail on creating the momentum and cohesion that will allow them to move towards the vision their leaders have.
The program is developed in five stages, to achieve the results you want for your company, I recommend taking at least the first three stages.

Stage 1 – Diagnosis

To carry out the diagnosis I will hold meetings with the CEO´s and leaders of your organisation in order to identify through these meetings the cause and reason why you consider a reinforcement is important. This preliminary study will help us internalize what is available, your current resources and needs which will allow us to define the elements that can create sustainable success for you and your company.

We will review vital aspects, such as:

  • Why and for what purpose the organisation was created.
  • Structure, processes and systems.
  • Long-term vision.
  • Values and regulations.
  • Short, medium and longterm plans and strategies.
  • Goals, objectives and current performance.
  • What is working and what is not.

Depending on the size and complexity of your company, this stage can last from one to two weeks.

Results obtained from this stage will give us a real view of the current situation and allow us to build a preliminary model of the possible processes and systems that would lead your company towards sustainable success.

Stage 2 - Design and Planning

Once the diagnosis is completed and using tools such as brainstorms, option analysis, feasibility study, root cause analysis, problem solving and planning scenarios, we will define the specific scope for this stage in which, we will update and/or formalise core elements of your organisation and prepare the roadmap towards your sustainable success.

The results include:

  • Definition of the long-term vision.
  • Gap analysis of where the organisation is vs long-term vision.
  • Definition of its mission based on for what and why it exists.
  • Understanding the values that drive what it does and how it works.
  • Structure, processes and systems proposed for its operations.
  • Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT).
  • Updated short, medium and long-term objectives and goals.

From this stage onwards, it is important to involve key staff from your teams, as this promotes their commitment with the change process, creates motivation and a sense belonging to the organisation; while at the same time, it allows you to receive their feedback and even to align their visions with that of the company, thus increasing the levels of personal satisfaction, translating all the above into higher productivity.

To involve the teams, workshops and interviews will be held in order to share the organisation’s mission, long-term vision, and short-term objectives.

Duration of this stage is estimated from 2 to 4 weeks and specific scope will be determined by the characteristics of your company.

Stage 3 - Execution and Control

Using the strategies and objectives defined in previous stages, we will outline specific actions, responsibilities and time periods for implementation, as well as the processes for evaluating results and adjusting the plan.

Results of this stage include:

  • Goals and objectives for twelve months.
  • Priorities.
  • Detailed twelve-week action plan, including due dates, responsibilities and required resources (SMART objectives).
  • Key advance and results indicators.
  • Scope and process to evaluate results and update the plan.

To optimise the results from this stage, I propose to evaluate results weekly in order to immediately identify bottlenecks not detected during the diagnosis, changes in market conditions that may impact the business, etc., celebrate early victories and recognise strengths and weaknesses hidden during the previous evaluation.

This stage includes the support both to prepare a detailed action plan and during the twelve weeks of its implementation.

Stage 4 – Measure and Improvement

Once the first twelve-week action plan is executed, we will assess the progress towards the twelve-month goal, adjusting direction if needed, using the lessons learned in order to plan for the next twelve weeks.

The activities involved include:

  • Evaluate goals and priorities for twelve months, taking into account the results obtained.
  • Use the lessons learned to improve processes and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and update the goals, objectives and priorities defined in stages 2 and 3, to reflect the results and make necessary changes.
  • Define goals, objectives and an action plan for the next twelve weeks.
  • Update performance indicators and evaluation methodology.
  • Expand the teamsparticipation, as required.

 The implementation of the plan for the next twelve weeks is optional, this will let you decide if you want to continue alone.

Stage 5 – Monitoring and Improvement

From the planning step on stage 4, I can continue with you and your company for another 12 weeks through a monthly monitoring process to support the evolution by reviewing results, identifying obstacles, recognising achievements and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Throughout this stage, which is optional, we will be evaluating trends in results, obstacles and the environment, to anticipate any necessary changes in objectives and strategies.
